수업 중에 알게된 내용이고요...

1. Healthy Attitudes and Behaviors: Physical activity;
healthy weight; not smoking; absence of alcohol abuse.
 

2. Ability to Take Life's Ups and Down in Stride.
 

3. Ability to Reach Out: The desire to do things
with people. The ability to connect.
Make friends who are younger than you.


4. Orientation Toward the Future: The ability to anticipate,
to plan and to hope. Constantly reinvent life. Curios Open new ideas.


5. Empathy: The capacity to love and hold others
empathically without cling too tighly. The ability to imagine
the world as it seems to the other person.


6. Generativity: Taking care of the next generation.


7. Gratitude, Forgiveness and Optimism:
We need to see the glass as half-full, not half-empaty.


8. Lifelong Learning: People seek education because
they believe it is possinle to control the course of their lives.
Get creative and commit to a talent. Learn to play.

노인학 학부 수업을 들었던 과정들이 하나둘 기억해 나갈려고 하고 있다.
